 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Tarragon1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Frozen peas1 (1 Package)
 Condensed tomato soup21 Ounce (2 Can)
 Canned mushrooms4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
 Tomato1 , sliced

Directions

Place meat in 3-quart glass casserole.
Cover.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except tomato; recover.
Microwave on low for 55 to 60 minutes or until meat is fork tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with sliced fresh tomato.
