Tomato Beef Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
2 cups cooked medium noodles
1 cup cooked corn
1/4 cup water
Directions
In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion until tender; stir to separate meat.
Pour off fat.
Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Bake at 350 °F. for 30 minutes or until hot; stir.
Top with remaining cheese.
