|Grated ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Sirloin tip||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, quartered (Medium Pieces)|
|Celery stalks||4 , diagonally cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Green onions||6 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 inch squares|
|Onion||1 , cut into 1/2 inch strips|
|Cornstarch||2 Teaspoon, dissolved|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Add meat and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over high heat.
When light haze forms, add meat and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons more oil to skillet.
When hot, add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender .
Reduce heat, add dissolved cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in meat and simmer an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
