 Eggs - 3 hard-cooked, quartered
 Salad greens4 Cup (16 tbs), broken
 French dressing of brands such as wish bone or annie-€™s naturals
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare the tomatoes by peeling and quartering them.
2. In a pan cook bacon until crisp, drain and reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
3. In another bowl mix tomatoes, bacon, eggs, greens and fat.
4. Drizzle French Dressing to moisten.

SERVING
5. Season to taste and serve.
