Tomato Bacon and Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| Bacon strip | 4 , diced | |
| Eggs - 3 hard-cooked, quartered | ||
| Salad greens | 4 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| French dressing of brands such as wish bone or annie-€™s naturals | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Prepare the tomatoes by peeling and quartering them.
2. In a pan cook bacon until crisp, drain and reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
3. In another bowl mix tomatoes, bacon, eggs, greens and fat.
4. Drizzle French Dressing to moisten.
SERVING
5. Season to taste and serve.
