Cut the avocado into thin slices and fan it by just pressing it. Then scoop under it and keep it aside.
Chop fresh cilantro and add to the butter and mix to make cilantro butter.
Rub some of the cilantro butter on either side of the toasted Sunflower flax seed bread.
Put some organic fill greens and place on one bread. Now take the avocado and lay the fan on top.
Make thick slices of tomato and stalk up on top of avocado. Sprinkle some black pepper.
Put the other bread on the topped up bread to make a sandwich. Cut the sandwich on bias and serve.
