Tomato Aspic Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery leaves | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Gelatin | 3 Tablespoon, dissolved |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take all the ingredients except lemon juice and gelatin in a big pan.
2) Simmer them for 15 minutes.
3) Strain the mixture and pour them into lemon-gelatin mixture.
4) Mix them well.
5) Cool the mixture and pour into 6 cup mold.
6) Allow them to chill till they become firm.
SERVING
7) Unmold and serve on 12 individual serving plates.
