Ingredients
| Green peppers | 3 Medium, cut into pieces | |
| Sweet peppers | 3 Medium, cut into pieces | |
| Onions | 4 Large, quartered | |
| Apples | 12 Medium, quartered | |
| Tomatoes | 10 Medium, quartered | |
| Sugar | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Place steel blade in work bowl; add 2 cups of the peppers.
Process till chopped; transfer to 10-quart kettle or Dutch oven.
Repeat with remaining peppers, onions, apples, and then tomatoes, processing 2 cups at a time.
Stir in the sugar, vinegar, salt, and allspice.
Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, about 1 1/4 hours or till desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Fill jars and process.
