Tomato And Vodka Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
1 box ripe cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup very cold vodka
2 tablespoons kosher salt
Directions
Blanch the tomatoes, cool in cold water, and peel.
Arrange in a bowl with a toothpick in each.
Instruct guests to dip the tomato into the vodka and then into a tiny bit of kosher salt.
