Ingredients

 300 ml / 1/2 pint plain low-fat runny yoghurt
 Onion1 , diced
 Tomatoes2 , diced
 Green chillies2 Medium, diced
 Coriander leaves1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pinch of chilli powder
 Pinch of ground coriander

Directions

1. In a bowl, add to the low-fat yoghurt the diced onion, tomato, chillies, chopped fresh coriander, sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything together well and transfer the raita to a serving dish.
2. Garnish with the chilli powder and ground coriander.
