Tomato And Onion Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| 300 ml / 1/2 pint plain low-fat runny yoghurt | ||
| Onion | 1 , diced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , diced | |
| Green chillies | 2 Medium, diced | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pinch of chilli powder | ||
| Pinch of ground coriander | ||
Directions
1. In a bowl, add to the low-fat yoghurt the diced onion, tomato, chillies, chopped fresh coriander, sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything together well and transfer the raita to a serving dish.
