 Tomatoes1 Kilogram
 1/2 cup of onions, chopped fine
 1 tbsp of garlic, chopped fine
 1/2 a cup of jalapeno peppers in vinegar, chopped
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 5-10 green chillies soaked in vinegar

Directions

Blanch, skin and chop the tomatoes.
Cook on a low fire with the onion, garlic, salt and sugar until thick.
Add the green chillies while the salsa is still hot.
Remove from the gas.
Cool.
Add chopped jalapenos.
