Tomato And Jalapeno Pepper Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 1 Kilogram | |
| 1/2 cup of onions, chopped fine | ||
| 1 tbsp of garlic, chopped fine | ||
| 1/2 a cup of jalapeno peppers in vinegar, chopped | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 5-10 green chillies soaked in vinegar | ||
Directions
Blanch, skin and chop the tomatoes.
Cook on a low fire with the onion, garlic, salt and sugar until thick.
Add the green chillies while the salsa is still hot.
Remove from the gas.
Cool.
Add chopped jalapenos.
