Tomato and Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| Tomatoes | 2 Kilogram | |
| Lancashire cheese | 250 Gram, grated | |
| 4 tablespoons chopped chives or parsley | ||
| Olive oil | 150 Milliliter (Dressing:) | |
| White wine vinegar | 4 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Caster sugar | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Mustard powder | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing:) | |

Directions
Thinly slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into a large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with the cheese and herbs.
Put all the dressing ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Pour over the salad just before serving, tossing lightly.
