Tomato And Basil Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 750 g / 1 1/2 lb ripe tomatoes, peeled, sliced | ||
| Basil | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing) | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| White wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
Directions
1. Arrange tomato slices overlapping on a serving platter and sprinkle with basil leaves.
2. To make dressing, place garlic, oil and vinegar in a screwtop jar. Shake well to combine and sprinkle over tomatoes. Just before serving, sprinkle tomato salad with Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
