Ingredients

 750 g / 1 1/2 lb ripe tomatoes, peeled, sliced
 Basil4 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
  black pepper1
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing)
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 White wine vinegar3 Tablespoon (Dressing)

Directions

1. Arrange tomato slices overlapping on a serving platter and sprinkle with basil leaves.
2. To make dressing, place garlic, oil and vinegar in a screwtop jar. Shake well to combine and sprinkle over tomatoes. Just before serving, sprinkle tomato salad with Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
