 Frozen bread dough1 Pound, Defrosted
 Cornmeal2 Tablespoon
 1 2-ounce can flat anchovy fillets, drained
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), chopped
 3 cups marinara sauce, homemade or jarred
 Dried oregano2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mozzarella slices12 Ounce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 500°. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough circles on cornmeal.
2. Pat anchovies dry. In a small bowl, combine garlic, sauce, oregano, and olive oil. Spread mixture evenly over pizza dough. Top with cheese, then anchovies.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown around edges.
