Tomatillo Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatillos | 1 pound, rinsed | |
| 3 serrano chiles, with seeds | ||
| Cilantro leaves | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree.
