Toll House Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Unsalted butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Large | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla, using a wooden spoon. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated before adding the next one.
2. Add the flour in three additions, mixing just enough to incorporate after each addition. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop the dough in tablespoon-sized drops onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool the pans for a few minutes before transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
