Toll House Cookies Recipe
In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this toll house cookies that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. Even though toll house cookies is a dessert I enjoy snacking on it any time of the day. Not trying out this toll house cookies after reading about it is one of the biggest crimes you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Sift flour, baking soda and salt onto wax paper.
2. Beat butter or margarine, granulated and brown sugars and vanilla until fluffy in the large bowl of electric mixer at high speed. Beat in egg.
3. Mix in flour mixture; stir in chocolate pieces and walnuts.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets.
5. Bake in moderate oven (375°) 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove carefully to wire racks with spatula and cool completely.
