Directions

Pour the blended ingredients into the flour mixture. Stir well.
Turn into a buttered and floured 8" spring form pan.
Bake at350° for45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in the pan; remove to a rack.
Great with apricot preserves!
