Tofu Casserole Al Italiano Recipe
Ingredients
Mix in a blender until smooth 1 LB. TOFU 3 EGGS
1 CAN (8 OZ.) TOMATO SAUCE 2-4 CLOVES GARLIC
2 TSP. BASIL
1 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. NUTMEG
2 TBS. ONION POWDER 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
2-4 TBS. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
Add and blend again 2 TBS. FLOUR
Add
1 BELL PEPPER, FINELY CHOPPED
1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION
8 OZ. MOZZARELLA CHEESE, THINLY SLICED

Turn half the tofu mixture into an oiled 2 quart casserole. Cover with half the slices from
