Ingredients

 Saute in a large skillet over medium heat
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 3 CUPS THINLY SLICED MUSHROOMS
 2 TBS. BUTTER OR OIL
 Mix in a blender until smooth
 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream cheese8 Ounce, softened
 Dry sherry3 Tablespoon
 1 CUP INSTANT NONFAT MILK POWDER
 3 TBS. ARROWROOT OR CORNSTARCH
 1 TBS. + 1 TSP. CHICKEN FLAVORED BOUILLON
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Add
 Tofu2 Pound, squeezed

Directions

Pour the blended ingredients into the skillet.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened
(about 2 minutes).
