Tofu A La King Recipe
Ingredients
| Saute in a large skillet over medium heat | ||

| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 CUPS THINLY SLICED MUSHROOMS | ||
| 2 TBS. BUTTER OR OIL | ||
| Mix in a blender until smooth | ||
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 CUP INSTANT NONFAT MILK POWDER | ||
| 3 TBS. ARROWROOT OR CORNSTARCH | ||
| 1 TBS. + 1 TSP. CHICKEN FLAVORED BOUILLON | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Add | ||
| Tofu | 2 Pound, squeezed | |
Directions
Pour the blended ingredients into the skillet.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened
(about 2 minutes).
