Tofu With Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sesame oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 6 cakes tofu, cut into 2-inch chunks (freeze first, if desired) | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Scallion | 1 , minced | |
| 1/2 cup chicken stock, homemade or canned | ||
Directions
Heat sesame oil very hot; add tofu and stir fry until lightly browned.
Add soy sauce and scallion and stir fry a few seconds more.
Add stock, cover, and steam 5 minutes.
