 6 ounces firm-style tofu, thinly sliced
 Tomato1 Medium, thinly sliced
 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
 Basil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon each olive oil and balsamic or red wine vinegar
 Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. On serving platter decoratively arrange tofu, tomato, onion, and basil, overlapping edges slightly.
2. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and drizzle evenly over salad.
