Tofu, Tomato, And Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces firm-style tofu, thinly sliced | ||
| Tomato | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion | ||
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon each olive oil and balsamic or red wine vinegar | ||
| Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. On serving platter decoratively arrange tofu, tomato, onion, and basil, overlapping edges slightly.
2. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and drizzle evenly over salad.
