Tofu Tahini Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cake firm tofu (3/4 pound) | ||
| Tahini | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Miso | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 2 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 2 , minced | |
| Carrot | 1 , grated | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Using a potato masher or food processor, mix the tofu with the tahini, miso, and 1 teaspoon of the soy sauce until well blended.
Stir the scallions and carrots into the tofu mixture.
Add black pepper and more soy sauce to taste.
