Tofu Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup soy mayo | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1 cups flour tofu | ||
| Nutritional yeast | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sprouts - as desired. | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a small bowl, prepare soy mayo. Keep the bowl aside.
2) Wash and chop the celery finely.
MAKING
3) In a bowl, add celery and remaining ingredients. Add prepared soy mayo and thoroughly blend.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving on sandwiches or as a dip.
