Things You Will Need
1. Griddle - to roast the tofu slice on the griddleDirections
1. On a heated griddle, roast the tofu slices, drizzled with a little bit of olive oil.
2. Take the whole wheat bread slices, spread cilantro chutney on one slice and tomato chutney on the other slice.
3. Place the roasted tofu slice, baby spinach leaves and close the sandwich.
SERVING
4. Serve the tofu sandwich with freshly cut vegetables.
