Ingredients

 Tofu1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 3 T. raw wheat germ
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Turmeric1/4 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Tablespoon
 Celery seed1/4 Tablespoon
 Oregano1/2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/2 t. chopped sweet basil
 Dill weed1/2 Tablespoon, crushed
 Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon
 Green onions4 Small, chopped
 Celery ribs2 , chopped
 Paprika1/4 Tablespoon
 Ground black pepper1 Dash
 Salt1 Dash
 Bread slice8
 Margarine or butter
 1 c. alfalfa sprouts, packed down

Directions

Mash tofu thoroughly.
Mix in remaining ingredients in order up to the bread, until spread is well-blended.
Taste and correct seasonings.
May be chilled until serving time.
Butter four slices of toast; spread tofu mixture on unbuttered slices; top with alfalfa sprouts.
Assemble sandwiches.
