Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) block firm tofu, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 med. tomato, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
2 T.sugar
2 c. salad greens, cut into bite-size pieces (your choice of greens)
Toasted sesame seed for garnish
Pickled ginger, chopped, for garnish (opt.)
Directions
Combine tofu, tomato and green onions.
Combine oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
Pour dressing over tofu and toss lightly to mix.
Chill until ready to serve.
Place in bowl over salad greens.
Sprinkle with sesame seed and top with pickled ginger.
