Tofu Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp (15ml)oil
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 CUP (125 ml) tofu, diced
1 cup (250 ml) rice, cooked
1 tbsp (15 ml) sunflower seeds
2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
Pinch of curry powder
Pinch of cayenne
1/4 cup (60 ml) snow peas, diagonally sliced
Directions
– In a skillet, heat oil and saute the garlic, onion and carrot. Add tofu and cook a few minutes. Fold in all other ingredients, stir and serve.
