1 lb (450 g) tofu, crumbled
 
6 or 7 whole-wheat bread slices
 
1 cup (250 ml) milk
 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) maple syrup
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
 
Pinch of cinnamon
 
Pinch of nutmeg
 
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
