Tofu Peanut Sauce Recipe
Having a difficult time trying to eat rice or pasta or tempeh? Try this Tofu Peanut Sauce. Tofu Peanut Sauce is great along with rice, pasta, broiled tempeh or steamed veggies.
Ingredients
| Firm tofu | 16 Ounce, drained | |
| Peanut butter | 4 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Red chile | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mint leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Scallions | 2 | |
| Cilantro leaves | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
Toss with pasta, steamed veggies or rice.
