Tofu Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), finley sliced | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 , chopped | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Tofu | 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced | |
| Green bell pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Oil | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
– In a bowl, beat together eggs and seasonings, add tofu and vegetables, and mix well.
– In a skillet, heat oil, pour seasoned eggs into skillet and cover. Cook over low heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
