Tofu No Miso Shiru Recipe
Ingredients
| Dashi | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miso paste | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 bean curd cakes (tofu), cut into small cubes | ||
| Scallions | 2 , finely chopped | |
Directions
Put the dashi into a large saucepan and set over moderate heat.
Stir in the miso paste until it melts.
Raise the heat to high and add the bean curd pieces.
Boil until the bean curd rises to the surface of the liquid.
