Tofu Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
12 oz (350 g) tofu, crumbled
1/4 cup (60 ml) sunflower oil
1/4 CUp (60 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
2 tsp (10 ml) honey
1 tbsp (15 ml) onion powder
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Pinch of dry mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) celery seeds
2 or 3 green onions, finely sliced
Directions
– Mix all ingredients (except last two) in blender, until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a jar and add celery seeds and green onions. Keep in refrigerator.
