 1 cake (10 oz / 300 g) firm tofu, drained

 Breadcrumbs1 Cup (16 tbs) (Coating:)
 Vegetable oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (Coating:)
 Ketchup3 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 Water2 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 2 small red radishes, washed, with sprouts

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the ground pork, green onions, and carrots gently in oil.
2) In a large mixing bowl, add the skillet ingredients, drained tofu, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, salt and pepper; blend well and shape into 8 patties; dust the patties with the flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs
3) In a suitable skillet with sufficient oil, deep fry the patties at 340 Deg F until the croquettes are crisp and golden; drain excess oil.

FINALIZING
4) In a bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce, blend well and drizzle over croquettes.

SERVING
5) Garnish with radishes and serve on a nice dish.
