Tofu Basil Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 block silken tofu (about 5 ounces) | ||
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple or orange juice | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Covered and refrigerated, Tofu-Basil Dressing will keep for about a week.
