GETTING READY
1.In a medium bowl, add tofu cubes and black bean sauce. Toss to coat tofu. Let sit for about an hour or at least 10 minutes.

MAKING
2.In a large, non-stick wok or frying pan over medium high heat, heat canola oil.
3. Stir fry tofu until lightly browned and heated through.
4.Add garlic, ginger, and prepared vegetables and continue to stir fry tofu and vegetables until vegetables are tender crisp.
5.Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
6.Add vegetable broth, soy sauce and plum sauce and stir to combine ingredients.
7.Pour over vegetables and tofu in wok. Continue to cook. Add cornstarch water slurry. Stir until sauce thickens, about 1 – 2 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve immediately over hot cooked basmati rice.
You can also serve it over noodles or brown rice
