| Fried tofu package | 1 | |
| 1/2 lb/250 g ground pork | ||
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 To taste, chopped | |
| Ginger slice | 4 , julienned | |
| Handful of mushrooms, sliced or dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked | ||
| Pepper red | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Cut the tofu into large cubes.
2. In a frypan heat the oil and saute the ginger.
3. Put in the ground pork and stir for 3 minutes, until starting to brown.
4. Stir in the green onions, mushrooms, pepper and hot pepper.
5. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch with the vinegar and stir into the mixture.
SERVING
6. Cook for another minute and serve immediately.
