 Fried tofu package1
 1/2 lb/250 g ground pork
 Green onions2 , chopped
 Pepper red1/2 To taste, chopped
 Ginger slice4 , julienned
 Handful of mushrooms, sliced or dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked
 Pepper red1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the tofu into large cubes.
2. In a frypan heat the oil and saute the ginger.
3. Put in the ground pork and stir for 3 minutes, until starting to brown.
4. Stir in the green onions, mushrooms, pepper and hot pepper.
5. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch with the vinegar and stir into the mixture.

SERVING
6. Cook for another minute and serve immediately.
