1 lb (450 g) tofu, crumbled
 
1/3 CUP (80 ml) sunflower oil
 
1/3 CUp (80 ml) honey
 
2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch
 
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
 
1 tsp (5 ml) cocoa
 
Pinch of salt
 
Graham cracker pie crust

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Combine all garnish ingredients in blender and mix well, Fold into graham cracker crust.
–  Bake for about 30 minutes or until filling no longer sticks to fingers when touched.
