Ingredients

 Packed brown sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Powdered sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 1 (8-ounce) block
 1/3 less-fat cream cheese, softened
 Toffee bits3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 Red Delicious apples, each cored and cut into
 8 wedges
 6 Granny Smith apples, each cored and cut into 8 wedges

Directions

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add the toffee bits,- stir well. Cover and chill. 2. Combine juice and apples in a bowl,- toss well. Drain apples,- serve with dip.
