Toddie's Heavenly Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Consomme | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Margarine/Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Water cress | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
1)Mince vegetables and water cress.
2)Grate cheese.
3)In a bowl, mix milk and consomme’.
MAKING
4)In blazer pan, heat margarine and saute vegetables until tender.
5)Add flour until well blended.
6)Add milk-consomme mixture, cheese and stir until melted.
7)Add tomato paste and seasonings.
8)Place the pan on hot water and cook until smooth.
SERVING
9)Garnish cheese soup with water cress and serve.
