Granola Toasty Clusters Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups honey-almond flavor granola | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red candied cherries, quartered | ||
Directions
1. Combine the granola, sweetened condensed (not evaporated) milk, almond extract and ginger in a medium-size bowl. Stir the mixture until well blended.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Garnish each cooky with a piece of candied cherry.
3. Bake in a slow oven (325°) 15 minutes, or until cookies are firm. Cool on cookie sheets until cookies can be handled. Peel foil from cookies. Cool completely on wire racks.
