Ingredients

 
1/2 cup oil
 
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
 
1 tablespoon hot water
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
2 tablespoons buttermilk
 
1/3 cup Soybeans, Roasted, ground
 
1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Mix oil, water, buttermilk and honey.
Sift flour and salt together over these.
Blend into a dough.
Roll out 2 circles Line pie pans.
Press ground soybeans into pastry.
Prick shells with fork.
Bake at 450° F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool and fill.
