 Frozen chopped spinach package1 , drained
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 1/4 cup commercial spoonable nonfat salad dressing
 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 Hot Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Fennel seeds1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 White bread slice8
 Fat1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Havarti cheese
 Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray

Directions

Press spinach between paper towels until barely moist.
Combine spinach and next 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Spread spinach mixture evenly over 4 slices of bread; sprinkle evenly with cheese, and top with remaining 4 bread slices.
Transfer sandwiches to a sandwich press or hot griddle coated with cooking spray.
Cook until bread is lightly browned and cheese melts.
