Toasted Sesame Chutney Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 3/4 inch thick) | ||
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mango chutney | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard | ||
| Sesame seeds | 2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Place salmon on a jelly roll pan lined with foil; sprinkle evenly with coriander and salt. Combine chutney and mustard in a small bowl; spread over salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
