MAKING
1) Into a shallow heatproof dish, combine the two seeds together a
2) Then add the soy sauce to coat evenly
3) Onto the base of the dish, spread them out evenly and toast them under a grill for about 4 minutes
4) Once toasted, shake the dish to even out the nuts
5) Once cool, store in an airtight jar

SERVING
2) Serve the toasted nuts over noodles or rice or even tossed with a green salad
