Ingredients
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1 pt. nonfat sugar-free vanilla frozen dessert, ice cream, or frozen yogurt
Directions
Place hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Cool slightly and rub off the very loose skins. (It's not necessary to rub all the skin off.) Chop hazelnuts.
Cool.
Allow frozen dessert to thaw slightly.
Mix hazelnuts into the frozen dessert.
Pack in a freezer container or bowl.
Cover and freeze until firm.
