Toasted Garbanzo Patties Recipe
These Toasted Garbanzo Patties turned out much more tastier than I expected them to be. Toasted Garbanzo Patties is a great variation to the original patties. Anyone will eat without any complaints!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) Garbanzo Flour
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup (120 ml) Oat Flakes
1/2 cup (120 ml) ground pecans or other nuts
1 tbs (15 ml) parsley
1 tsp (5 ml) savory
1 tsp (5 ml) salt toasted sesame oil or other oil
Directions
Mix the flour and water.
Let sit while preparing remaining ingredients.
Combine all other ingredients together, mxing well.
When mixture is quite thick, shape into patties.
Fry lightly on both sides.
Flatten patties fairly thin while cooking.
