Ingredients

 Eggs3 , beaten
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Melted butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unbaked pie shell1
 Vanilla1 Tablespoon
 Coconut1 3 1/2 Ounce
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon

Directions

Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
