 Bread slice3 Medium
 Grated cheese1 Teaspoon
 Coconut2 Teaspoon, grated
 Tomato sauce1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper powder1 Pinch
 Butter1 Teaspoon
 Coriander2 Teaspoon, chopped finely
 Mint1 Teaspoon
 Green chilly1 Small, chopped
 Water1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Grind Coconut,mint,coriander,green chilly and salt with little water to make green chutney.
2)Add a pinch of pepper powder and salt to the grated cheese.
3)Remove the brown edges of the bread slices.

MAKING
4)Take one slice and spread tomato sauce on it then on another slice spread butter and add grated cheese. On the third slice spread green chutney.
6) Sandwich the breads and keep refrigerated for an hour.
7) Take it out and cut the sandwich in strips.

SERVING
8)Serve the colorful sandwich with hot coffee for breakfast.
