Strong Coffee Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients
6 sponge fingers, halved
6 tbsp strong black coffee
2 tbsp marsala
200g virtually fat-free fromage frais
200g reduced fat cream cheese
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp grated plain chocolate
Directions
Divide the sponge fingers among 4 individual serving dishes.
Mix together the coffee and 1 tablespoon of the marsala, and pour over the biscuits.
Set aside to soak for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat together the fromage frais, cream cheese, sugar, and remaining marsala.
Spoon a little of the mixture over the sponge fingers, then sieve over a little cocoa powder.
Continue to layer the cheese mixture and the cocoa powder, finishing with a layer cocoa powder.
Scatter the grated chocolate over the top.
Chill until required.
