Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
| Vanilla wafers | 3 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Skim milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| 2 T. sugar-free hot chocolate mix | ||
| 1 Ig. pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix | ||
| 4 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite | ||
| Pure vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon (Topping) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate square | 1 (Topping) | |
Directions
Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan with crushed vanilla wafers.
Pour 1 cup milk into blender.
Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Add remaining 2 cups milk and blend on low for 2 minutes, until smooth.
In large bowl, gently stir together pudding mixture, Cool Whip topping, dry hot chocolate mix and vanilla extract.
Pour over crushed vanilla wafers.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves if available.
