Tiramisu Recipe
The flavor of this Tiramisu recipe has played on my senses so much that I hardly ever go for any other Tiramisu recipe. I prepare this yum Tiramisu as a Dessert every month or even more often. Ingredients
3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
3 c. cold skim milk, divided
1 (8-oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
2 T. sugar-free hot chocolate mix
1 Ig. pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
4 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite
Topping
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated
Directions
Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan with crushed vanilla wafers.
Pour 1 cup milk into blender.
Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Add remaining 2 cups milk and blend on low for 2 minutes, until smooth.
In large bowl, gently stir together pudding mixture, Cool Whip topping, dry hot chocolate mix and vanilla extract.
Pour over crushed vanilla wafers.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves if available.
